Words for their site
Write each piece from what the firm told us (right). Save as you go, then send pieces for the firm to approve. Only approved words go on the site; everything else stays a Draft.

Add their words from a call or email
Paste call notes, a transcript, or their email. Their own sentences fill any empty answers, word for word, and they check them before anything is written.
How this works
- Their answers fill themselves. When we read a new firm’s website, or they upload documents, their own sentences fill the six questions in onboarding automatically (every 10 minutes). Paste a call or email above to add more.
- They confirm. The firm sees “Check the answers we filled in” on their home page, edits anything, and confirms.
- Drafts write themselves. Once they confirm, every unwritten line is drafted from their facts (every 15 minutes). Lines that need a fact we don’t have are listed for us to ask about.
- We read and send. Read the drafts here, fix anything, and press Send for review. The firm approves page by page.
Only empty answers are ever filled; the firm’s own answers and skipped questions are never touched. Follows the AI switch (test firms only while it’s set to test). Word files aren’t read yet: paste their text above.

How this worksRunning firms: sign-ups, invites, bar checks, builds, launches, site copy, and Google Ads.
- Create firm turns a sign-up into a firm account. Then Invite owner, and Mark verified once you’ve checked the bar number on the state bar’s public lookup.
- View as client opens HQ as that firm sees it, read-only. Leaving it brings you back here.
- Build preview and Rebuild update a firm’s site from its latest data, approved words, and reviews. Launch only when the bar number is verified, there are no Draft blocks, and Guardrail is clean.
- Site copy is where you write a firm’s site words from its onboarding answers and send them for approval. Write only from what the firm gave us.
- Google Ads is where you log fixes, propose changes that need the firm’s OK, and post the checkup.
- On the 1st you get the Monthly review refresh email: for each firm, check its Google listing, add the best new reviews in HQ’s Reviews (View as), then rebuild the site.
- The Plan column shows each firm’s add-ons, Leads held or Site offline when a payment is late (with the date the site goes offline), and for a cancelled firm the date its data is deleted.
- Refund setup fee shows within 14 days of payment and before launch. It shows the amount first (the setup fee plus its sales tax; never the first month), then refunds it in Stripe and records it under Refunds and deletions.
- Add-on switches decide what firms can buy in HQ. Set one to Available only once it works for a firm on its own; until then leave it on Coming soon.
- Founding spots used counts paid founding firms. The sales site switches to list prices by itself when they’re gone, and you get an email.
