From each firm's last site build. A failed check means that build was stopped and the firm's previous site is still live.

How this worksDesign changes for one firm only: quote them, then build them in the repo.

Needs a price: read the request, enter the price and a plain-words note of what it covers, and press Send quote. The firm sees both in HQ and approves or declines. A declined request can be quoted again.
Paid · start it: the firm approved and its card on file was charged. Press Start the work.
Do the work in the repo under tailored/<firm id>/ (node scripts/tailored-new.mjs starts the folder; docs/TAILORED.md has the rules). Add a line to its log for every change.
Show the firm a preview build and get its OK, then build the live site. The launch check and screenshot check run on every build; a failure stops the build and the firm’s current site stays up.
Mark done once it’s live. Cancel stops a request; if it was paid, refund it in Stripe.
Sites with Tailored changes lists each firm’s last build: what it has and whether its check passed, with the problems if it failed.

What happens next: Tailored work is quoted every time. Nothing here charges anyone; only the firm’s owner or admin can approve a charge.
