Paste a key and press Save. It's saved encrypted and never shown again in full: you'll see only its last 4 characters. To change one, paste the new key over it. Features using a key still follow their switch below.

How this worksTurn each automatic email off, to test, or live.
- Off sends nothing. Test sends only for test firms, and only to you, with [TEST] in the subject. Live sends to real firms and their clients.
- Live asks you to confirm first. Every change is listed under Changes with who made it.
- New-lead alerts have their own switch here (Live since 2026-10-23). Staff alerts to you have no switch: they are always on.
- Online booking emails starts in Test: every booking email (confirmation, reminder, cancelled, and the firm’s notice) for a test firm goes to you only; real firms send nothing. Bookings still save either way. Check one test booking by eye before Live.
- Lead follow-up emails starts Off. Test sends a test firm’s follow-ups to you only. Live lets firms that bought the add-on, switched it on, and approved their wording email their own new leads. Check one test send by eye before Live.
