  1. New leads are at the top. Talk to us messages show what they asked about and their message; See your own site tries show the address they typed, what we found, and a link to their preview (previews last 7 days).
  2. Reply from your own email (press their email address), then mark it Replied. Close it when it’s settled, or mark it Spam.
  3. Add a note for yourself (a call booked, a follow-up date). Notes are only visible here.
  4. Messages that didn’t pass the bot check are hidden unless you tick Show spam-check fails; look before ignoring them.

What happens next: Every new lead also emails you as it arrives. Firms never see this page or these leads.
