Site import

Each paying firm’s whole current website, brought into its library: every page’s words exactly as written, images, documents, awards and contact details, sorted into our template. What doesn’t fit is listed first, so you can ask the firm whether to build it in.

How this worksEach paying firm’s whole old website, brought into its library and sorted into our template, plus what doesn’t fit.
  1. It starts by itself within 10 minutes of a firm becoming a paying client (its website from sign-up). Firms that aren’t paying are never read. For a test firm, type any public website and press Import.
  2. It reads their sitemap first, then every link on their own site: up to 1,500 pages, one a second, and it obeys their robots.txt. Images (up to 1,000) and documents (up to 200) are copied into the firm’s private files. A big site takes about 30 to 45 minutes.
  3. If their site refuses automatic readers, the import stops and says so. We never disguise our reader to get past it: ask the firm for access or an export instead.
  4. Doesn’t fit our template comes first: pages, documents and tools with no home in our design (a calculator, a video library, a Spanish section on a plan without Spanish…). Ask the firm whether to build them in or make a custom area. Robert gets the same list by email when an import finishes.
  5. Site lines: empty lines of their new site are filled with their own words, copied exactly, and saved as drafts (Draft, not sent) in Site copy. Lines Guardrail flags are not drafted; they wait here with the finding.
  6. Ready to add: attorneys, case results, badges, fee wording, blog posts and missing contact details. Nothing here reaches the site until you press Add, and Add never changes anything already in HQ. Blog posts go in as drafts.
  7. Testimonials and videos are listed but can’t be added from here: the firm confirms each client’s permission (Reviews) and that each video is theirs to use (Videos).
  8. Library shows every page read, sorted by kind, with its words exactly as written, and every image and document saved.
  9. Remove this import (on a finished report) deletes the import, every file it saved, and its drafts nobody has touched yet. Anything you already added, and any line that was edited, sent or approved, stays.

What happens next: The import only reads public pages and copies the firm’s own words. It never rewrites them and never publishes anything. The cost of each run (AI) is shown on the report, usually a few dollars.
