Billing

Add-on switches

Available means firms can add it themselves in HQ and are billed for it. Turn one on only once it works for a firm on its own. Coming soon shows it with a “Tell me when it’s ready” button.

Check awards and badges

Open each proof link and confirm the award is real, current, and for this firm or attorney, and that the year matches. Only checked ones show on the live site, and the site can't launch until all are checked. Editing one clears its check.

Invite to the dashboard

They get the branded AttorneyLogic invite, then set up two-step login and land in their firm’s dashboard.

How this worksRunning firms: sign-ups, invites, bar checks, builds, launches, site copy, and Google Ads.
  1. Create firm turns a sign-up into a firm account. Then Invite owner, and Mark verified once you’ve checked the bar number on the state bar’s public lookup.
  2. View as client opens HQ as that firm sees it, read-only. Leaving it brings you back here.
  3. Build preview and Rebuild update a firm’s site from its latest data, approved words, and reviews. Launch only when the bar number is verified, there are no Draft blocks, and Guardrail is clean.
  4. Site copy is where you write a firm’s site words from its onboarding answers and send them for approval. Write only from what the firm gave us.
  5. Google Ads is where you log fixes, propose changes that need the firm’s OK, and post the checkup.
  6. On the 1st you get the Monthly review refresh email: for each firm, check its Google listing, add the best new reviews in HQ’s Reviews (View as), then rebuild the site.
  7. The Plan column shows each firm’s add-ons, Leads held or Site offline when a payment is late (with the date the site goes offline), and for a cancelled firm the date its data is deleted.
  8. Refund setup fee shows within 14 days of payment and before launch. It shows the amount first (the setup fee plus its sales tax; never the first month), then refunds it in Stripe and records it under Refunds and deletions.
  9. Add-on switches decide what firms can buy in HQ. Set one to Available only once it works for a firm on its own; until then leave it on Coming soon.
  10. Founding spots used counts paid founding firms. The sales site switches to list prices by itself when they’re gone, and you get an email.
