      How this worksEvery open request from every firm, oldest first.
      1. Care plan requests are at the top, soonest due first. Overdue ones are red. Press Start, then Done with a note of what changed (the firm sees it), or Too big: quote with what the bigger job is and an optional price. A quote doesn’t use up one of their 5.
      2. Read the request. Edited by the firm means they changed it after sending.
      3. Reply from your own email using a branded template, or fix it in HQ with View as firm.
      4. Press Mark done when it’s handled. Recently done keeps the last 20.
